ADDITIONAL STAFF

  Veterinary Assistants
Our veterinary assistants are an integral part of our team as their duties are the most diverse. They are trained to assist the veterinarians when needed to perform an exam on an unhappy patient, collect blood and urine samples, perform in-house laboratory tests, prepare samples for transport to outside labs, administer treatments and medications to patients, monitor anesthesia, clean and prepare surgery packs, as well as much more! The receive on the job training but are also encouraged to attend continuing education seminars and classes.

  Receptionists
Besides the usual duties of checking our patients in and out, the front desk staff sets the tone for the visit and gets you started off on the right foot! They are prepared to answer wide ranging questions from vaccine schedules to medication administration difficulties, to puppy training tips. They can also direct you more difficult questions to one of our veterinarians to get some advice or recommendations when needed. Most importantly, they can help you in difficult times such as an emergency or if your pet becomes ill and at the least, are there to listen.

  Kennel Staff
Our kennels staff is much more than a bunch of cage cleaners and dog walkers. The are very attentive to your pets needs, making sure that while in our care their health is stable, monitoring their appetites and watching for signs of problems, making sure that each one receives the property feeding, medications, and grooming. The have an arsenal of toys, blankets, and occasionally treats, to try to make your pets stay as enjoyable as possible!

  Groomers
Our groomers have the fun task of trying to help your pet look their best even when they don't always want to hold still! As noted in the services, they strive for perfection, using medicated shampoos as directed by the veterinarians, as well as acting as another set of eyes, noting any signs of problems with the coat, skin, ears, nails, and anal glands. This allows your pet not only to get a clip and clean, but also acts as a quick health check as well!

  Management Staff
Our team managers act as the quarterbacks. They focus primarily on the business aspects of the hospital, making sure we have the property supplies, ordering new medications, scheduling staff, and general problem solving, The most important product of their work is that they allow the rest of the staff to focus on our clients and the patient at hand.
